Trade Alert – All-Weather Models
In the All Weather model, we are selling Proctor Gamble (PG) and replacing it with UPS. The transportation sector is starting to perform well after a long period of underperformance. Similarly, UPS, after a long downtrend, is showing encouraging bullish technical signals (including a golden cross and a strong MACD buy signal) and indications that recent business model changes will begin to benefit the bottom line. Furthermore, UPS’s dividend yield is over 6%.
